Just when City's strikers have hit a bit of a rough patch, United have goal-machine Robin van Persie to help blaze them to the title. His purchase from Arsenal last season has been one of the best buys in years with the Dutch ace banging in 18 goals in the Premier League and there's no doubt what-so-ever that if it wasn't for him, United wouldn't have such a commanding lead right now. When van Persie was unveiled as a Man United player last summer, the shirt number that Ferguson afforded him was ominous and indicative of things to come. He wears the No. 20 shirt, and if Ferguson gets his way, he will be toasting a 20th league title at Old Trafford, and he has the former Arsenal ace to thank for that.
