"unplayable" by his peers, the combative 25-year-old can play both offensively and defensively and is one of the best box-to-box midfielders in Europe. Strong in the air and with a keen eye for goal, Fellaini is available for £23 million as per his release clause - but only until mid-August. Everton will demand in excess of £30 million for the star after that point, meaning United and Arsenal face a race against time to secure a deal. Though money is apparently not an issue for Moyes, he would certainly rather pay £23 million than £30 million to land his former player.
