5. Fabio Da Silva
While his twin brother Rafael has been impressing in the right-back slot at Old Trafford, Fabio has failed to make any serious headway in making left-back his own. And if United fans were dreaming of seeing the Da Silva twins operate on either flank just as the Neville brothers did way back when, they may have to think again. Fabio spent all of last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers and found life difficult at Loftus Road, making just 21 Premier League appearances in a campaign that saw the Hoops relegated from the top flight. And upon his return to United, the 23-year-old is finding that competition for the left-back spot is fiercer than ever with new signing Alexander Buttner staking his claim to one day replace current first-choice Patrice Evra. On top of that, United continue to be
linked with Everton's Leighton Baines, too. And that all leaves Fabio on the outside looking in, thus perhaps another loan spell would be of benefit for the rookie Brazilian.
