6. Jack Grealish (CAM) - Aston Villa
The Aston Villa skipper has silenced a lot of doubters this season with some superb performances to keep his struggling side afloat. He has proven himself more than capable of competing in the Premier League and, as such, has no shortage of suitors waiting in the wings if Villa do succumb to the drop.
Grealish would add some much needed creativity to the Toon midfield and is more than capable of chipping in with a few goals from deeper too. A driving force for the Villa midfield, Grealish gives the team an impetus to move forward and manages to create space and opportunities for his team mates on a regular basis.
Newcastle have been desperately short of goals, or creation, from midfield since the days of Kevin Nolan really, and someone like Grealish could be the perfect piece to finally remedy that particular short-coming.
