NFL: Early Predictions For The AFC

Tennessee Titans

The Titans franchise rests on their new quarterback, Marcus Mariota. Some people are tipping him to take the league by storm, others are waiting for him to fail miserably. The reality is, he'll be somewhere in between. Mariota is highly talented, and could be the spark that the Titans desperately, desperately need in order to galvanise their organisation into at least offering some form of challenge in a relatively weak division. Mariota will show some promise, and his record in 2015 won't truly reflect his ability or potential, but it will take a while for the Titans to build their team around the QB. There were deeper problems in the roster than just finding a main man, and they can't all be sorted at once. The future is marginally brighter for the Titans, but don't expect Mariota to lead them anywhere near a winning record this season. 2015 Record: 3-13 (4th in AFC South)
