Since joining Man City back in 2008, the full-back has become a fan favourite and has earned a reputation as one of the most reliable and consistent footballers in the Premier League. Last season, he was deservedly recognised as one of the best performers throughout the campaign, earning a spot in most pundit's team of the season. And this season has been no different, with Zabaleta once again putting in some flawless performances for the Blues and having a positive influence on City's superb form. He is a natural leader who's passion for the game and dedication to his club cannot be questioned. There is no right-back in the Premier League at the moment who can compete with Zabaleta, though Newcastle's tough-tackling Mathieu Debuchy is perhaps coming up as the dark horse option on the outside.
