Bobby really got the best out of Newcastle's favourite Peruvian throughout his five-year stay as United's manager. Solano would star both domestically and continentally as he supplied the likes of Alan Shearer and Craig Bellamy with endless amounts of ammunition. Currently Peru's assistant manager, Nobby also has spells as Peruvian Primera División club Universitario de Deportes and Canadian semi-professional team Internacional de Toronto's manager under his belt. The winger has also just had a restaurant named after him in the centre of Newcastle. Speaking about Solano's, which is thought to be the first Peruvian cuisine restaurant outside of London, Nobby said: Im really happy that my friends are opening a Peruvian restaurant right in the heart of my second hometown. I hope all Newcastle love my native cuisine.
