5. Tromso Don't Belong In Europe
Simple as that. This Tromso team is out of its depth on this stage. Currently sitting in the bottom half of the very poor standard Norwegian league, Tromso are only in this competition thanks to winning Norway's fair play award. And, having struggled in the first qualifying rounds against NK Celje, İnter Bakı PİK and FC Differdange 03 (losing one leg against each team and only beating the latter - a team from Luxembourg - on penalties), Tromso actually lost their previous tie in the competition to Besiktas and made it through on a technicality when the Turkish side were disqualified due to match fixing allegations. Tottenham didn't need to turn up to beat this lot. They barely got out of the kind of gear I'd expect them to play in a testimonial. They have no right playing in this stage of an elite European competition.
