Spurs Transfers: 10 Players They Must Sign This Summer
3. Ruben Neves (Wolves)
Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves lit up England's second division this season, which is hardly surprising given that he cost the West Midlanders £15m when they signed him from Porto in the summer.
In truth, he's far too talented for the Championship. At times over the last couple of months it has been like watching a professional player joining in with D-list celebrities in a charity match organised by Robbie Williams.
All of that is to say that he could easily play for one of the Premier League's Big Six, with Spurs perhaps being the team that could currently offer him more minutes on the pitch than any of their rivals.
The only snag here is that his newly-promoted employers likely view him as integral to their top flight plans. If Tottenham fancy him, they're going to have to dig pretty deep into their pockets.
