Spurs Transfers: 5 Flops Who Must Be Sold In January

1. Emmanuel Adebayor

Tottenham have been trying to offload Emmanuel Adeebayor since July but have been repeatedly frustrated in their efforts to dump the misfit by the striker's wage demands. Adebayor - currently out with a knee injury - has only played 45 minutes of football all season, and was similarly ineffectual last term, scoring just five league goals from 25 appearances. The Togo international evoked fury at the weekend for Tweeting a photo of himself and teammate Benoit Assou Ekotto apparently celebrating Tottenham's humiliating 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Liverpool, making his continued presence at White Hart Lane all the less popular. He will surely be ditched in January considering what little worth he has in the team, and the necessity for Tottenham to sign new strikers, ergo pushing the ex-Arsenal man further still down the pecking order. Which Tottenham flops do you want to see leave in January? Let us know in the comment section, below.
