There is certainly a theory that it€™s better to look at those in jobs doing something good, than those that are currently unemployed; it is something that is said with a reasonable amount of logic since managers out of work are genuinely in that position due to failing elsewhere. Parma are currently in the top eight of Serie A, and enjoying an excellent run of form with five wins from their six games. I would think that he would be a popular choice amongst Swansea fans and would be an indication of the ambition of the club. Donadoni also would come with a wealth of experience with various clubs in Italy as well as a spell in charge of the national team. However, there are two things to note here. First of all, he is unlikely to want to leave his current club until the summer, and secondly his lack of experience and knowledge of the Premier League would still make him a high-risk appointment. The manager also has a rather mixed record, so it€™s hard to say if he would be successful or not. At the moment, he is seen as a 16/1 shot to be the Swans€™ next manager.
