20 Things You Somehow Missed In Andor
1. The Series' Final Sequence Is Already Out In The Open (Sort Of)
By now, it is clear that Andor has a definitive beginning, middle and end, and barring unexpected last-minute changes, it is safe to say the second season will mark the conclusion of Cassian's story pre-Rogue One.
Because of this, the series' closing sequence is largely a foregone conclusion, as it would have to set up the Rebel fighter's trip to the desert moon Jedha. This was confirmed by Tony Gilroy himself, who in an interview with Entertainment Weekly revealed that the prequel would end with Cassian going to meet the informant he kills at the beginning of Rogue One.
While spoiling the end of your story would be considered baffling in most instances, in Andor's case the ending is not the point of the story. Additionally, it is refreshing to see a franchise story have a clear ending, free from the unnecessary narrative expansion that plagues most big-budget stories.
