10 Actors That Were So Bad They Had To Quit TV Shows

4. Sharon Wilkins - 30 Rock

Blink and you might've missed this one. 30 Rock is an American sitcom acted in and written by Tina Fey. The series follows the hilarious goings-on in an office and features a number of iconic characters with a great script.

For most of the viewers who enjoy this Fey sitcom, the iconic character of Angie Jordan has always been played by Sherri Shepherd. But for those diehard fans that watched it from the beginning, some may remember that the character was first introduced by actress Sharon Wilkins.

There has never been a statement released by the show or the actress herself as to why she did not appear in the rest of the series. Many will agree that if the first episode in which we meet Angie was a taster of what could have been, we're glad things ended when they did.

Known for her role in the movie National Treasure and I, Robot, everyone was expecting a little more from this actress, but clearly the role wasn't for her and it was agreed that she would be departing the show before the ink on the contract had even had time to dry.
