10 Actors Who Have Been On Both Star Trek And Stargate

After, for some reason, blowing himself up in the Star Trek: Enterprise finale (still not over that, sorry) Connor Trinneer joined the cast of Stargate: Atlantis in a recurring role between seasons 2 and 5. One of show's more prominent guest stars, he plays the dual role of Michael Kenmore and Lastlight, a Human-Wraith hybrid.

Initially being found having escaped a damaged hive he's effectively reprogrammed by Dr. Beckett after being a test subject for his retrovirus. He's given a cover story, a fake identity and, as the human DNA he absorbed begins to assert itself in his system, a Texan accent. The subterfuge lasted until he, inevitably, found records of the experiments and went just short of beserk.

From there his time on the show was... let's say "complicated"... before he was given the ultimate in science-fiction deaths. Dropped from a large ledge into a dark void by someone he'd previously mistreaded. So long, Lastlight, you have a good trip now y'here.
