1. Tracy Spiridakos - Chicago P.D.
Tracy Spiridakos joined cop procedural series Chicago P.D. in its fourth season as tough-nosed detective Hailey Upton Halstead, and with almost 130 episodes to her name, she's decided to duck out after the upcoming eleventh season.
Much like Chicago Fire's Kara Killmer, it remains up in the air how many episodes Spiridakos will be back for next season - which is set to premiere in January - yet it stands to reason that her arc will likely resolve her rocky marriage to Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) by having her join him away from Chicago.
Given that Spiridakos has been relatively underserved by Hailey's material for years on the show, it'll certainly be great to see her now freed up to (hopefully) land some dramatic material more befitting her acting chops. She's had a good run, that's for sure.
