Chris Noth became an icon playing Mr. Big on Sex And The City in the 1990s. However, the 67-year-old actor was recently booted from CBS’s The Equalizer and edited out of SATC spin-off And Just Like That after two women accused him of sexual assault in The Hollywood Reporter. Three more women have since come forward at the time of writing.

The women say they were driven to share their experiences by the launch of And Just Like That, which saw Noth back in a prominent role and in headlines across the world.

CBS immediately fired Noth from The Equalizer following the revelations. The network announced that his character William Bishop, a former CIA director and close friend of the main character, will not be appearing in any more episodes. His final appearance was in a January 2 episode that had already been filmed when Noth got fired in December. It's still unclear how the showrunners will address his departure.

Noth has denied all allegations, but has since been dropped by his agents, sponsors, and business partners.
