Archer Show
Disney–ABC Domestic Television

After an emotional final season, Bojack Horseman is over for good, and for many the celebrated animation, combining pitch-perfect satire with dry, surreal comedy and tender, emotionally affecting storylines will be sorely missed.

It's a distressing time but there are options available if you're prepared to wipe away those tears and quit horsin' around (sorry). You could binge rewatch the critically acclaimed series from start to finish in one mammoth session of devastatingly conflicting emotions (you should totally do this anyway)... or alternatively, you could find something else to sink your teeth into.

To help out in your time of need here's a list of ten other adult animated comedies that are absolutely worth your time and will help soothe the post-Bojack blues.

10. Archer (2009)

Archer is an extremely funny and clever show and for a parody of the classic spy genre, the main character is exactly what you might expect. He's handsome, dashing and charming but equally, he's misogynistic, arrogant and a raging alcoholic.

Whilst Sterling Archer often takes centre stage it's the eclectic cast of colourful characters that keep things interesting. They're seriously flawed, zany and even psychotic, and as a result, the dialogue sparkles and never fails to be anything other than rivetting.

Over the years the show has continuously reinvented itself with entire series' dedicated to different time-periods and situations. For this reason, despite running for 10 seasons so far, a new series of Archer always feels fresh and exciting.
