10 Adverts Featuring Film Stars That Didn't Actually Suck

3. Joe Pesci €“ Pepsi

What do you get when Joe Pesci€™s voice comes out the mouth of a sweet little girl? It is the sort of question, that when answered, is destined only to produce sleepless nights. The short answer; it is very unnerving. If memory serves, this ad campaign featured the voices of various actors and singers. But Pesci€™s input resonates the most because it is just plain wrong. It just feels immoral to hear the voice of Tommy DeVito coming from that innocent little face. There is a definite comedy to it, much like standing behind a friend and €˜providing€™ arms for them whilst theirs are fastened behind their back. But it also settles a long time battle between the two major cola manufacturers, as to who is strongest. Coke may have reinvented Santa Claus, but Pepsi will stab you to pieces if you so much as even mention a shoeshine box. Get me a Pepsi. I€™m too scared to try anything else.
