If you were asked to sketch a typical "bad guy", chances are the final picture would look something a little like Jack Welker. A cigarette dangling from his lips, a swastika tattoo stamped onto his neck, and a foul mouth to boot, "Uncle Jack" is an absolute bad-ass, and - unlike Walt and Gus - is completely uninterested in masquerading as anyone other than a mean, callous villain. You can tell from his attitude and reputation that Jack Welker had been a key figure in the criminal underworld for some time before Walter White contacted him for assistance, and it would be incredible to see a young Jack Welker plowing his way to the top of the criminal food chain. If the prison killings are anything to go by, Welker's criminal contact list must have been thicker than a copy of the yellow pages. It'd be a wild ride to see how he made these vicious and powerful friends, albeit an undoubtedly violent one.
