10 Animes To Watch If You’ve Never Seen Anime

6. Fire Force

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
David Production

From the creators of Soul Eater, Fire Force is absolutely bonkers.

There is seemingly no end to the imagination and creativity that anime brings to the table. After a great disaster happened hundreds of years ago, much of the world was engulfed in flame with new religions and beliefs popping up as a result.

The Fire Force is a team put together to combat creatures spawned from spontaneous human combustion. There are some exceptional fight scenes from pyrokinetic Shinra Kusakabe, showcasing the studios' veteran animation skills.

What's more impressive is just how bright this anime is (pun intended). With the often harrowing nature of the series, it would be easy to set the world in a bleak and dim backdrop to accentuate the flames more.

Fire Force goes one step further by having the characters and scenery as colourful as the dancing fire itself. Luminescent lighting of all colours regularly bursts onto the screen for a truly magical experience.

The world-building is fantastic and the choreography is absolutely stunning with David Production's classic and original style.

Sugar, spice, and an over abundance of Star Wars references, these were the ingredients chosen to make this content creator.
