10 Arrowverse Villains Who Were Actually Heroes

Dr. Caitlin Snow is one of the more endearing characters on the Flash due to her compassionate and kind nature, and this has made her a favourite among fans of the show. However, she has a darker, colder edge to her persona that belies her warm, outward nature - and this manifests itself as Killer Frost (later renamed as simply Frost).

Caitlin's cryokinetic abilities are a result of her father's experimental tests to prevent her ALS marker from fully manifesting into the disease. Unfortunately, her abilities have affected her mental state to some degree, and her split personality was initially vindictive, angry and cruel, even towards her friends in Team Flash.

Snow's anger and fragile mental state have seen her ally herself with the likes of Savitar and Amunet Black and commit various atrocities during these alliances.

Thankfully, during her alliance with the Black, the conflicted scientist was able to reconcile her two personas into a singular entity.

Caitlin/Frost has since reconciled with her team and taken great steps to atone for her past actions.
