10 Awesome Cyborgs in TV History

9. Mad March - Alice (2009)

Following on the heels of their highly-successful re-imagining of The Wizard of Oz in 2007 (known as Tin Man), the Science Fiction Channel, along with the Canadian channel Showcase, aired a miniseries based on Alice in Wonderland. The new version, called Alice, takes place 150 years after the events in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. This new version of Alice features a creepy update to the original March Hare from Carroll's book. If you recall, the March Hare was a rather looney character obsessed with the tea party. In the new SF Channel miniseries, the character is now known as Mad March - an assassin with a Brooklyn accent that has a computerized rabbit-shaped cookie jar for a head. Weird.
