10 Awful Films The Walking Dead Actors Want Us To Forget

4. David Morrissey - Basic Instinct 2

Accidental Husband
Sony Pictures Releasing

David Morrissey will always be remembered for his role as The Governor on The Walking Dead. His acting chops are what distinguished The Governor as a complex antagonist and truly the best TWD still has yet to see. But not long before that, he starred in the shunned 'Basic Instinct' sequel as Michael Glass.

The sequel follows a similar plot to the original. David Morrissey's character, Michael Glass, is a psychiatrist appointed to evaluate horror novelist Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) after she is assumed to be dangerous, but apparently even a highly trained psychiatrist can't ward off her sexual advances.

Basic Instinct 2 was a commercial and critical flop. The film tried to follow in the footsteps of their predecessor but left a stain on the franchise, ruining plans for a third instalment. However, the film did manage to win four Razzie awards including Worst Actress, Worst Picture, Worst Sequel and Worst Screenplay.

That's pretty impressive.
