Surely the most anti-hero of all Power Rangers, Eric's character had a bitter rivalry between Wes, the Red Time Force Ranger. Their rivalry was the sole purpose for Eric becoming the Quantum Ranger in the first place. After discovering that his rival Wes was in fact a Power Ranger, Eric chose to seek out his own powers and came across the Quantum powers before the Time Force Rangers could get there first. The Devil-like Quantum Ranger itself was one of the deadlier Rangers to exist - initially fuelled by his rivalry between Wes, the Quantum Ranger had a no quarter attitude towards his enemies. Of course, this was an attitude most Power Rangers shared, but Eric's anti-hero persona made the Quantum Ranger a far deadlier Ranger than most.
