10 Best Brooklyn Nine-Nine Episodes

In any sitcom, there always comes a wedding episode, and they will either end up as one of the best or weakest outings. But thankfully in the case of the Nine-Nine, it is the former, as this pivotal moment for the Amy and Jake romance is not only satisfying for viewers, but also an incredibly funny episode.

In this outing, we see as Jake and Amy's wedding is cursed with a bomb threat, and as you would expect the squad rush to fix the problem so the ceremony can actually take place. However, involvement from Amy's sour ex and disaster after disaster cause this to be an increasingly difficult task.

Alongside this is a sub-story centred on Holt feeling nervous about opening the email that states whether he is the new commissioner or not, which is equally tense.

There is truly nothing that isn't exciting in this short time, as old characters are introduced to excellent effect, and the genuine tension is palpable. Thankfully the climax is a beautiful joining of the couple that's sweet but also full of classic Brooklyn humour.

Finally, the cliff-hanger ending is one of the best stingers that the show has ever placed.
