10 Best Entourage Episodes

1. "The Sundance Kids"

For many shows, going out on location is often a sign of the ideas drying up, but Entourage’s trips away often yielded some of their very best episodes. The centrepiece of the show’s second season, this episode sees the gang journey to the Sundance film festival to promote Queen’s Boulevard, and sets Vince off on his path to superstardom.

Vince and Eric have their hearts set on a meeting with James Cameron, who is considering Vince for the starring role in his Aquaman movie, but Ari has other ideas. After Eric’s chance meeting with a producer (who is, unfortunately, modelled on Harvey Weinstein), the crafty agent finds a quick way to turn a buck with a new movie in Australia. Aquaman is a risk, this is a dead cert - what’s Vince to do?

Well, true to form, he takes the risk and it pays off, but the ramifications of this particular episode actually live long in Entourage mythology. The snowy Utah location is a refreshing change of pace, and the plot heavy episode is given levity by a Turtle/Drama b-plot in which they fight over a woman, with unfortunate consequences.
