10 Best Moments In She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Season 1
7. She-Hulk Learns How To Be A Hulk
For a superhero who'd just got her powers, a fun training montage to acclimate themselves is never far away. This scene is the first time we really get to see what She-Hulk can do with her powers with modern TV effects. It is a proof of concept that She-Hulk finally belongs in live-action. It did not disappoint, as it helps that episode 1 had the best CGI of all the episodes.
As Hulks, Bruce and Jen did a series of mundane exercise routines made extraordinary because of their incredible strength. They jumped around at enormous heights, punched the ground until there were earthquakes, threw rocks from a distance, and so on. All the while, the CGI animation on both Hulks was at its most expressive and believable. Why is Jen even complaining about being a Hulk when it is so much fun?
The other star here was the way the cousins bounced off each other. Despite Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner only appearing in a significant capacity in this episode, his chemistry with Tatiana Maslany is irreplaceable. These cousins have the best bond in the series, and it is a cardinal sin that Ruffalo did not stick around long enough for the series to take advantage.
