10 Best Movies Actors Did After The Walking Dead

9. Burning (2018) - Steven Yeun

Mayhem Steven Yeun
Pinehouse Film

Steven Yeun has had one of the strongest post-Walking Dead careers, so much so that he is currently in Oscar contention for his performance in the drama Minari (released February 2021). He was always one of TWD's most popular stars, playing the tragic, moral Glenn Rhee so well that many fans still aren't over his season seven death at the hands of Negan.

Luckily, his stint as the show's resident running man made a big enough impression for his career to boom once he left Glenn behind. In 2018, Yeun took the role of Ben in Lee Chang-dong's Korean psychological thriller Burning, a slow-burning drama about a man who causes terrible things to start happening between a couple.

Burning is a riveting experience - dark, ambiguous, ominous and cruel. Yeun is on top form as Ben, the film's shady antagonist, and is given some meaty subject to sink his teeth into. It's not to be missed.
