Shelby v. Kimber - fight! The culmination of the first series was something that cemented the show's future and brilliantly crafted plot.

When it came down to Tommy making a move against Billy Kimber, he didn't expect Kimber to bring the fight to his doorstep and bring about one heck of a tense stand-off. This wasn't a bitter street brawl to the death, no, this was a one-on-one affair and with Freddie holding the biggest gun it meant that it stayed that way.

In the brief firefight, Tommy kills Kimber after Kimber injured Tommy and killed Danny. However, that wasn't the best part of the ending, that was reserved for Tommy and Grace. As Grace tells Tommy that there is a way that they can be together and travels to London, Tommy flips a coin, the fate of which is left uncertain.

Though the real cliffhanger ending was yet to come, as Grace and Campbell faced off in the train station the question was, who had been shot? Was it Grace or Campbell?
