7. Heathens (Season 4 - Episode 2)
Heathens was the great meeting of the minds, the Mafia and the Blinders. When Adrien Brody's Brando-esq Luca Changretta infiltrates Tommy's office and sits with him to discuss the terms of his vendetta, it might be one of the best scenes in the entire show.
As the second episode in a season where the first saw the death of one of the main characters of the show, it had to hit the ground and get the story going muy pronto. Because of John Shelby's death, the remaining Blinders come together to begin circling the wagons and gathering all manner of protection in the form of their allies, tentative or otherwise.
When you witnessed John's funeral you knew this season was going to be one fought with the heart and not the head. Nothing makes people more vulnerable than grief and Tommy tries to calm the rest of the family into not making any rash decisions.
With the gang back together and agreeing to a truce, Tommy gets get to work in fighting this new foe. One which would take him to great lengths to defeat come the end.
