10 Best Rick And Morty Characters Who Only Appeared In One Episode

6. Zeep Xanflorp

In a similar way to how there is a lot of Rick reflected in Mr. Needful, Zeep Xanflorp is essentially exactly the same as Rick, just on a much, much smaller scale. The character is a part of Rick's microverse that he uses to power his car battery.

Zeep was gifted with talents equal to that of his creator and built his own miniverse to pump electricity into the microverse, thus rendering Rick's battery useless. It's hilarious to watch Rick get so annoyed by the character that is essentially a mirror image of himself.

They are both hypocrites, as they abhor the technological advances that their own creations made and that are, in reality, no different to their own. Their race to destroy each other ultimately comes down to a fist fight, in which Zeep is no match for Rick.

He very, very briefly gets on the same page as Rick, and even manages to bond with him over his opium addiction, but his Rick-esque personality stops him from ever respecting the mind of anyone but himself. By the end of 'The Ricks Must Be Crazy', Zeep is very much alive, but, as time in the microverse moves much faster than the real world, the character voiced by Stephen Colbert is likely long dead over two seasons later.
