10 Best Rick And Morty Parody Episodes

Rick was always going to bring about the apocalypse in some form or another, though who knew it'd be because of a potion he made so that Jessica would fall in love with Morty?

The episode is a spoof of Dawn of the Dead meets The Fly in a lot of ways. Rick misjudges flu season and the potion that was supposed to make Jessica fall in love with Morty ends up making everybody want to have Morty to themselves. In his haphazard attempts to combat this, Rick screws it all up further by turning everybody into giant insects, before again trying to combat that and Cronenburging everybody.

Once he realises that he can't undo the mess he has made, Rick and Morty depart their universe for another one, where Rick did end up saving everybody but killed himself and Morty shortly afterwards.

The episode is wildly funny and very important to Rick and Morty lore because it establishes the reset option for their universe. Within the world of Rick and Morty, if Rick can't fix something that makes their reality unliveable anymore, then they can just go to another one and pick up with their normal lives.
