World's collide when Elaine realises her ex Kevin and his friends are the opposites of Jerry and the gang.

Jerry dates a beautiful woman called Gillian but struggles with the size and strength of her hands. They eventually break up but George runs into a problem. He had been using a photo of Gillian and saying it's his dead fiancée Susan to help him date women and get into an exclusive club. After accidentally destroying the picture, Jerry is unable to get George a new one and he resorts to using a magazine photo.

Kramer starts working for a company when he is mistaken for being an employee. Even though he doesn't actually get paid, Kramer goes in regularly and even starts filing reports despite having no idea what he's doing.

What makes this episode so good is that it really is a classic example of who the characters are. In typical Jerry style, we see him decide on ending a relationship for shallow reasons. He also struggles with life without Kramer popping in all the time. George decides to use Susan's death as a way to date. Kramer is also involved in an odd scheme, though without even being paid shows that he isn't particularly money focused.

Elaine's friendships with Kevin and his friends just goes to prove how much a part of the gang she is, even though she often wouldn't like to admit it.
