10 Best South Park Characters Only In One Episode

Cartman is one of the most spiteful, malicious and evil characters in all of TV, and he achieves this while only being ten years old. There are plenty of characters in the show who suffer at the hands of this twisted young boy, but one of the most memorable has to be that of Dr David Nelson.

With Apologies to Jesse Jackson is an absolute highlight of South Park, as it's full of some of the riskiest humour in the series, and its main plotline is complemented by a fantastic sub-story.

Dr Nelson is a man with dwarfism who visits the school to educate the children about tolerance. However, at the sight of him, Cartman bursts out into laughter. This horrendous behaviour continues as Eric mocks and belittles the character at every opportunity he finds.

Eventually, even the calm and rational David Nelson cannot withhold his anger, and he challenges Cartman to a fight, which he barely manages to win. The role is a perfect example of the depths of cruelty that Eric can inflict upon a person, and makes for a great one-off part.
