6. The Contest
The reference point, the alleged greatest episode of the series (and by some interpretations, the greatest to grace a TV screen), its brilliance can't be denied, but over 30 years later, despite remaining as comedic gold, a lot of the jokes feel a tad predictable.
Mainly the setup of the nude girl appearing across the road and subsequently testing Kramer comes off as a little ham-fisted, as well as Jerry creeping out a very innocent girl.
That's where the complaints are quelled though, as everything else flows fluently. The way it weaves a compelling narrative, if not almost grandiose, story out of something as paper thin as the tissue Kramer likely used is nothing short of spectacular.
The inclusion of iconic real-world figures like JFK Jr., the time timeless quip about George treating his body like an amusement park, and the clever way they managed to disguise the sexual innuendo for daytime TV is nothing but sheer classic Seinfeld.
Especially with how it unrelentingly punishes each of the charcters. Well, except for the one who gets "lucky".
