3. Revelations - Season 1, Episode 14
This one has the Injustice League attacking the Justice League using plant monsters fueled by a mix of science and sorcery. While the heroes battle the evil creatures, Batman legitimizes the team as the covert arm of the Justice League and assigns them with bringing down the supervillain group.
The Injustice league was made up of a solid group of comic book baddies including the Joker, Poison Ivy, Count Vertigo, Black Adam, Ultra-Humanite and Atomic Skull. Even though this seems like a formidable lineup, the evildoers were thwarted by the epic team-up of the Young Justice team and its elder counterpart, showcasing how far they'd come since the opening few episodes.
The audience, in the end, gets the big reveal of who is actually pulling all the strings, and it's a group known as The Light, who are comprised of some more DC meanies including the likes of Vandal Savage and Lex Luthor.
