10. Why Is Ward Still Around?

LOOK AT HIS BEARD! Okay, we're done. It's out of our system. But still. (Former) Agent Ward has an evil beard now, because he did evil things last season and everybody knows it so it's okay for him to grow a beard which lets everyone know just how evil he is. The Hydra agent appears to be in some kind of holding cell with Skye, which would seem to indicate that Coulson's team is holding onto Ward as opposed to handing him into the authorities (now that SHIELD is defunct, who exactly would they hand him in to?). They'll likely want to keep him around to pump him for information on Hydra and their plans, and so that he can have sexual tension with Skye whenever she needs to interrogate him. Which is fine by us, just so long as she doesn't start feeling bad for the killer.
