The only people to ever make Gordon Ramsay give up on Kitchen Nightmares, it was quite clear Sammy and Amy were one sandwich short of a picnic.

Tasked with turning around their failing restaurant, Ramsay encountered the full smorgasbord of Kitchen Nightmares' tropes along the way. Sammy and Amy stole tips from their waiting staff, barely cooked the terrible food and threw customers out when they complained. The tensions boiled over when Ramsay told customers that owner Sammy wasn't giving their tips to the waiting staff; right in front of Sammy.

The usual barrage of profanity preceded but with a sharper edge as you never really knew what Sammy was going to do next. There's a few moments where you genuinely expect it to come to blows.
