10 Biggest WTF Star Trek Moments

By now, you're probably familiar with how much of a trainwreck the Voyager episode Threshold was. Tom Paris was randomly mutated into a lizard because he went too fast, and forced Janeway to become mutated as well so the two of them could have gross lizard babies on some planet in the Delta Quadrant.

After the EMH reversed the changes to Janeway and Paris and departed the system, the baby lizards were abandoned alone on the planet.

Shockingly, a similar lizard was seen years later in the Lower Decks episode Much Ado About Boimler. The lizard, Anthony, was being taken to a medical spa known as The Farm so that Federation doctors could treat him. The other patients even stated that they believed Anthony used to be a man.

It's unknown whether Anthony was one of Janeway and Paris' offspring, or simply another unfortunate soul who dared to travel at warp 10, but both possibilities are quite strange.
