The Newsflesh Series is the story of an Internet news team lead by step-brother and sister duo Georgia and Shaun Mason who get chosen to be attached to a presidential candidate during his election run. It is then that they uncover a conspiracy within the government to murder the aforementioned senator. The difference here is, the world this is set in is now living with the daily problem of zombies. Not your typical post apocalypse scenario, mankind has already put the pieces back together and zombies are something they have to live with. We pictured Smallville's Alison Mack as Georgia Mason and as her daredevil brother Shaun, we'd have Sean William Scott. We're imagining The Walking Dead meets House Of Cards: equal parts zombie horror and political intrigue. The story itself isn't your usual conspiracy tale either, and there are some shocking twists and turns that would give Game of Thrones a run for its money.
