Buffy's halcyon days were definitely the high school era, and what is high school without a few mean girls?

Charisma Carpenter spent the show's first three seasons as the school's queen bee Cordelia Chase, an entitled rich girl and long-term frenemy to the Scooby Gang. She had fashion, she had popularity, she had friends, and she never saw the things that go bump in the night coming. Though she developed throughout her time on the show, the character's real growth period was as a main cast member in four out of the five seasons of Angel, where she was able to shed her catty persona and become a warrior for the forces of good. Oh, and she died.

While Carpenter's post-Buffyverse career hasn't exactly been impressive, with forgettable TV films galore, she has nonetheless been afforded a few opportunities to shine once again, especially in one of Supernatural's most knowing cameos.
