4. Sacha Baron Cohen (Ali G/Borat)

Sacha Baron Cohen is a man of many faces, having spawned his own characters Ali G, Borat, Bruno and Admiral General Aladeen as well as having starred in movies such as
Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and
Les Misérables (as well as starring as Freddie Mercury in the upcoming
Mercury movie). This, of course, makes him a huge star in his own right, but as himself he is nowhere near as recognisable as his original two characters - the aforementioned Ali G (a wannabe gangster from Staines, England) and Borat (a politically incorrect television presenter from Kazakhstan). This is, in part, due to the fact that Cohen often appears in public
in-character. Ali G's instantly recognisable headwear, boiler suit, bling and facial hair and Borat's equally instantly recognisable moustache, suit and ugh mankini (ugh), as well as both character's famous catchphrases ("Booyakasha!" and "I like! Is nice!" etc), make them far more iconic than the man who portrays them and people continue to quote both of their catchphrases to this day.
