2. Renton Skinner (Angelos Epithemiou)
It's hard to believe that, with so little make-up, one man can look so different in-character to how he looks on a normal day, but Renton Skinner pulls it off brilliantly with nothing more than a pair of glasses, some hair gel and a gormless gurn. Angelos Epithemiou is a burger van owner who carries a plastic bag full of random items around with him and has, somehow, made it on to our televisions. Angelos serves as the scorekeeper on Vic Reeves' and Bob Mortimer's
Shooting Stars quiz show and as the host of his own show;
The Angelos Epithemiou Show. He has also appeared as a guest on various other shows in-character as Epithemiou. Renton Skinner's career has otherwise been comparatively low-profile, with a host of minor roles in shows such as
Coupling,
My Family,
The Office,
Teenage Kicks and
Mongrels and he is undoubtedly less recognisable as himself than he is as Epithemiou.
