6. Sylar - Heroes
Heroes is another show with a multitude of villains and bad guys but only one is above all of the rest and that's Sylar. Zachary Quinto takes the wheel and drives this character directly towards greatness. Sylar was a great character even before we knew who he was or what he looked like. A genius clock repairman turned into someone hungry for any and every power he can steal from whomever, and killing the other person when he does. Sylar takes out an uncountable amount of people during the series and he will always be remembered as the best part of the show.
