10 Classic TV Shows That Need A Reunion Series

6. Will & Grace

Buffy Reunion
NBC

Blame it on the very recent selfie reunion of the four main cast members of Will & Grace, but I would actually really enjoy seeing this show back on the air, at least for a short time. Now, would it really work, given that the finale went into the future and basically tied up all the loose ends? It depends on how good the writing is, to be honest.

But there's definitely an opportunity to pick up where the show left off somewhere between the "present day" of the finale, and the future where Will and Grace are marrying their children off together. Honestly, I would be happy if they had a short-lived series that just focused on Jack and Karen, with the still-feuding Will and Grace merely as peripheral characters.

And why not? Megan Mullally's star has only risen higher since the show ended, and Sean Hayes is never going to find a role that suits his sensibilities better than the high strung, melodramatic Jack. Finally, for a show so closely linked to gay culture (however potentially problematic some of its characterizations may seem now looking back), it would be interesting to see the world that these characters would inhabit in 2016. I mean, just in the time since the show ended and now, gay marriage went from being legal in one little hippie state to all 50 states. So come on, Ryan Murphy -- bring this back!
