2. Baron Zemo

Who Is He: Baron Helmut Zemo is the son of Doctor Heinrich Zemo, who works for the Nazis in World War II as a scientist. One of his greatest achievements was the most powerful glue on Earth called Adhesive X. This served as a weapon for him and the Nazis. After the death of his father and the scarring of his face by the adhesive, Helmut takes over the family legacy and hood to became the new Baron Zemo. How He Could Fit Into The Show: This Baron Zemo could come from Europe after the fall of the American branch of HYDRA (it has been mentioned that there is more going on in Europe). Zemo would take over the American operations (possibly employing Faustus to continue the brainwashing) and continue to go after S.H.I.E.L.D., while also tracking down Inhumans that can help his cause.
