3. The Hood

Who Is He: Parker Robbins is a relatively new member of the Marvel Comics Universe. Making his debut in 2002 as a petty crook, his life is changed forever when he kills a demon and steals its cloak and boots. The boots granted him limited flight powers and the cloak made him invisible as long as he could hold his breath. Not one to rest on laurels, he used these new powers to steal enough money to start a criminal empire and challenge the other crime lords in New York. How He Could Fit Into The Show: Using a growing fortune that he stole while wearing his cloak and boots, he could rise to power as a crime lord in the streets of New York. While S.H.I.E.L.D. does not normally worry about mob bosses, because the Hood rose to his position using super-powers, that could possibly make him a 0-8-4 worth looking into.
