10 Community Cameos You Probably Missed
1. Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice isn't an actor. Nor is this a reference to Beetlejuice actor Michael Keaton. The title character of the 1988 Tim Burton horror comedy film makes a cameo appearance on Community...sort of.
As anyone who's heard of Beetlejuice will tell you that the ghost with the most himself will appear after someone says his name three times. Community makes plenty of pop culture references, including a few references to Beetlejuice.
The third time his name is spoken aloud in the series, in Season 3's Halloween Special, Horror Fiction in Seven Spooky Steps, a man in a Beetlejuice costume walks by. He's hard to spot, given that he's just in the background, but it's unmistakably Beetlejuice. Community's commitment to the most obscure bits is a huge part of its success.
Only Community's hardest to spot cameo would be some guy in a Beetlejuice costume.
