The Dominator is the signature weapon carried by Inspection and Enforcement officers of the Public Safety Bureau. While this beast of a gun looks like it’s just built for blowing holes in various objects, the Dominators are multi-purpose tools.

Linked wirelessly to the Sibyl system, a collective consciousness that dictates agents’ activity, the Dominator is able to scan the identity of the holder and will activate only for a registered user. It is voice-operated and will only respond to the voice of the present registered user. The link to the Sibyl system also allows the user to send and receive psychological data on an intended target.

Reading biological symptoms, the Dominator will determine the target’s crime coefficient, or the likelihood/predisposition to commit a crime. If the numeric value exceeds predetermined levels, the gun will become usable and can fire any of three different types of rounds – non-lethal paralyzer, lethal eliminator, and destroy decomposer (meant for hard objects like metal or body armour).

When activated, the Dominator’s body transforms into a complex mechanism that supports the reading of biological signals. The pure black of the weapon is accented with bright blue lights once opened.
