Ronnie Raymond might have too much going on to start a new relationship. He's technically married to Caitlin Snow (but obviously she'll be pretty busy shopping for flat shoes with Felicity, so who knows how long that'll last). He's psychically merged with an old guy with whom he forms the meta-human Firestorm. If his arms are anything to go by, he has a pretty rigorous gym schedule. But if he is keen to squeeze in a bit of romance, he could do a lot worse than Linda Park, the smart, beautiful sports reporter who Barry briefly dated before tossing aside for his hopeless crush on Iris (and his duties as The Flash but it was mostly the Iris nonsense). She's shown herself to be confident and self-possessed which will be very necessary qualities to have if she plans to date a guy who bursts into flame and will require her to have threeways with an ageing scientist. It's possible that if Caitlin and Ronnie's marriage breaks up, he'll go looking elsewhere for solace. But Linda might have competition from one of Ronnie's old foes. Ice and fire is a classiccombination after all.
